Our approach improves your self-leadership and the leadership of students by analysing and then discussing which of our 12 Practices need to be developed within you as an individual teacher and for your adaptation to different activities in the classroom, depending on the teaching goals and learning environment.  Knowing and sharing this data will improve personal and collaborative teaching effectiveness, as well as providing a leadership learning pathway for career development in the teaching profession. Headteachers will also be able to identify and coach the leadership talent required for more senior roles.
